If you are looking for a professional design for your organisation and need a way to update your website quickly and easily without any programming knowledge, EboxCMS is the right package for you.
Why is it so cheap?
Well, we wouldn't use 'cheap'! Different companies have different budgets for their advertising and marketing - we tried to aim the EboxCMS package so it was affordable for all. One of the ways we keep the costs down are mainly due to the fact that you manage the website yourself. We provide you with the professional look and 'shell' of the site, you then start to enter the content.
Is it easy to manage?
Simply, yes! We have users of EboxCMS that have very little experience in computers let alone the internet. The learning curve for the basic EboxCMS Lite system is only about 10 minutes. Within that time you should be confident enough to build and manage your website as well as adding and managing images.
How long will it take to get my site online?
Site development varies between 2 to 5 weeks. It really depends on what system you order and if you require any additional features. We aim to send you a first draft of your website within a week of receiving your logos and initial thoughts for your design.
What if something goes wrong or I get stuck, can I contact you?
Of course you can. You can call us by telephone during our normal office working hours (between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday) and e-mail us outside these hours.
Can you add the content for me?
Sure we can. As standard, content authoring and data entry isn't included. The administration area of EboxCMS is so easy to use we always advise our customers to enter in their content themselves. However, if you are tight on time, we can add it in for you. The price is just £20 plus VAT per page. We also offer a copy writing service. Please contact us if you would like more information.
What makes EboxCMS different to other content management systems?
EboxCMS is build using web standards and all pages are XHMTL/CSS valid and conform to a minimum of WCAG Level 1 (A). This makes EboxCMS websites much faster loading, achieve higher search engine rankings, use less bandwidth and most importantly, comply with UK and US Disability Legislation.
Is EboxCMS good for search engine optimisation?
EboxCMS websites are designed using web standards. This basically means that the content is separated from page presentation. You can for every page and product have complete control over the title of the page along with the meta keywords and meta description.
How will my site look?
All EboxCMS sites are designed to our clients specific requirements. We don't use standard templates from you to choose from. Instead, we work with you in producing a design that reflects your business. No 2 EboxCMS designs will ever look the same!
Can I upgrade?
You can upgrade from any package (except EboxCMS Shop Pro) at any point. You can also add additional features to your site by adding new modules.
What other facilities do I get?
Not only do you get the fantastic EboxCMS package, we also provide you with web hosting, e-mail facilities (including POP mailboxes, forwarding addresses) and unlimited telephone and email support.

Renewal fees are per annum.
The only other costs that you may incur are additional bandwidth charges. You receive 4GB data transfer allowance every month - this is more than enough even for popular sites. However, if you do go over your limit, their is an additional charge of just £5 plus VAT per GB.

So how much will my site cost?
This really depends on what package you go for. Have a look at our package comparison to see which suits you the most. If you opt for our EboxCMS Standard package for example, the cost is just £799 plus VAT. That's it. Nothing else to pay. This includes a custom design to your requirements, first years hosting, a free .co.uk domain name, website statistics, e-mail facilities as well as telephone and e-mail support. When your first year is over, you will just have the license renewal fee to pay (see above).
